Ifurnholic

Furniture / Home LivingBrand, Marketing

A brand optimization study and paid ads strategy, done independently rather than as commissioned client work.

Assumptions
  • Based on Ifurnholic's public positioning and ad activity as observed, not internal data.
Problem

Furniture and home-living brands in this segment tend to compete on price and inventory breadth rather than a distinct brand position, which caps what paid media can do efficiently.

Research

Reviewed the brand's existing visual identity, product presentation, and public ad activity to identify where positioning was undifferentiated.

Analysis

The gap wasn't creative execution, it was positioning. Ads were working harder than they needed to because the underlying brand hadn't picked a lane.

Proposal

A brand optimization direction paired with a paid ads strategy built around a sharper position, rather than incremental creative testing on an unclear one.

Limitations
  • Not implemented. This is a strategic exercise, not a delivered engagement.
  • No access to the brand's actual performance data; recommendations are based on public signals only.
