The plain-language version.

This site is operated by Jerio, individually, not by a registered company. "What Matters, Built." is the name of the site and practice, not a separate legal entity, until it's formally established as one.

Content. Work, Studies, and Field Notes reflect real work and real thinking as accurately as they can be represented. Studies are explicitly labeled independent or conceptual and are never commissioned client work, see the label on each one.

Services. Service pages describe scope, not guarantees. Actual engagements are governed by whatever's agreed directly between the parties, not by the marketing copy on a service page.

Products. No products are currently live for purchase. When they are, this page will be updated with specific license, delivery, update, and refund terms for each one before checkout goes live.

Recommendations. Any commercial relationship (affiliate, sponsorship) is disclosed directly on the recommendation itself, see Disclosure.

Changes. These terms may be updated as the site's offerings change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
