Digital Marketing & Business Systems Strategist

Digital strategist for brands that need both growth and structure.

I develop marketing strategy, run campaigns, build brand identity, and design the operational systems that let a growing business hold up under scrutiny, not just look good.

Built through the Allo.Society visual system.
About

From East Kalimantan to Bali, three names, one practice.

I build brand identity and run digital marketing for founders who don't have an internal team to do it themselves. I started the practice in 2023 while based in East Kalimantan, first as WWJ, then Matari.allo, before it became Allo.Society. By the time I moved to Bali in 2026, Allo.Society was already the name running brand builds from scratch, campaign strategy, CRM systems, and social management across multiple brands.

Before that, I ran paid media and CRM for other people's clients: 88 Meta Ads campaigns across four brands at Dream Box, a HubSpot sequence at KKBC that hit 14.4% click-through against a 2–3% industry benchmark, a brand launched to page-one Google rankings at RevoU.

I also spent years running physical operations, fleets, factories, compliance systems, across East and South Kalimantan before Blue Tick Ice brought me to Bali. That's why the marketing here is built to hold up under scrutiny, not just look good.

Soracha
Delivered
Situation

No brand existed yet, no name recognition, no visual identity, no online presence. Building an F&B brand from literally nothing.

Decision

Before locking any visual direction, I mapped what Soracha actually had versus what they thought they had. Rather than wait on a production budget that didn't exist, I shot the initial photography myself on an iPhone 16, and built the identity system in Photoshop and Canva so it could be extended later.

Moved

A complete, service-ready brand foundation, identity, photography direction, and a social system the brand could launch on immediately. Live today as "Soracha, Matcha Slow Bar," running a flirty voice built on Gen Z internet humor ("Matcha for main characters only") out of Night Market Attackz and Food Center GrandCity in Balikpapan, carried mostly through short-form video.

Verify what a client actually has, and actually needs, before you start building.

Bauntung Digital
Delivered
Situation

Two related brands, a weak, disconnected online presence, thin on Instagram, no simple way for a visitor to find one brand and land on the other.

Decision

I built the connective tissue first, a Linktree landing page and a Facebook Page, then linked Instagram and Facebook across both brands. The logo and social strategy sat on top of that structure, not instead of it.

Moved

A working digital presence, a new logo, and two brands actually discoverable through each other instead of existing as disconnected accounts. The account now runs a consistent template system, black background, yellow and red accents, still active today, mixing productivity tips with the brand's own voice rather than generic reposts.

A logo and a content calendar don't fix a disconnected presence. Building the paths between your channels does that first.

KKBC
Delivered
Situation

A digital agency's client portfolio needed CRM sequences that actually converted, not just automated sends going out on schedule.

Decision

I built segmentation logic and wrote copy for each touchpoint separately, then automated the parts that were pure manual overhead, contact tagging, sequence enrollment, lead status updates.

Moved

1,534 emails delivered at a 14.4% click-through rate against a 2–3% B2B industry benchmark. 74 qualified leads generated. Automation removed 2 hours of manual CRM work every week.

Segmentation and copy carry a CRM sequence. Send volume doesn't.

04
Dream Box
Delivered
Situation

Four client brands running concurrently, each needing independent campaign management on a combined IDR 80M ad budget.

Decision

I A/B tested interest-based versus lookalike targeting separately for each client, then documented the winning configurations as playbooks so the next campaign didn't start from zero.

Moved

Managed 88 Meta Ads campaigns across the four brands. Found three documented gaps between targeting intent and actual audience behavior, adopted directly into product positioning and pricing the following quarter.

Running the campaigns mattered less than writing down what worked. That's what kept the next campaign from starting at zero.

Blue Tick Ice
Delivered
Situation

Took over six departments at once, at a factory with no standardized systems and a team that needed training from scratch.

Decision

Trained the team to full production capacity before touching software. Then built a reporting pipeline to replace manual weekly reporting entirely.

Moved

Machine utilization up from 74% to 83%. Weekly executive reporting cut from four hours to under five minutes. Recurring weekly revenue secured from six premium Bali F&B accounts, zero missed deliveries.

Shrinking the time between something breaking and someone finding out mattered more than any dashboard.

PT Transkon Jaya
Delivered
Situation

A 1,800-unit fleet across 60+ mining sites and 9 hubs with no standardized visibility, 40+ units carrying real regulatory exposure.

Decision

Cleared the documentation backlog before the first inspection, then built a pre-deployment checklist calibrated to each site's own entry rules instead of one generic form.

Moved

Zero mine-site rejections once the checklist went live. 100% document validity across the fleet.

Compliance at scale is a visibility problem. The paperwork sorts itself out once you can see what needs it.

07
Putra Perkasa Abadi
Delivered
Situation

Two profit centers under one team, a 130-vehicle fleet and catering for 1,200 mine workers, with no shared planning system.

Decision

Built one shared planning system instead of two separate ones, and tracked procurement unit by unit to find the leakage instead of guessing.

Moved

Scheduling conflicts down 25% in month one. Zero critical findings in the external SMKP audit. Zero Lost Time Incidents across 12 months.

Two operations sharing one team only work if they share one plan.

08
Sinar Mas Land
Delivered
Situation

Three property profit centers with no certification path and five process failures nobody owned.

Decision

Ran the gap analysis and wrote the procedures directly, with a named owner on every fix instead of just a written note.

Moved

All three sites reached certification-ready status for ISO 9001:2018 and SMK3. All five failures closed and verified. A new business case got approved and moved into execution.

A fix without a name attached doesn't survive.
